Our Sustainability Commitment

From the craftspeople we choose to work with, to the packaging we use, sustainability is at our core. We are committed to quality and longevity, champion ethical practises and endeavour to keep our carbon footprint to a minimum. Naturally, that means that we only partner with makers with integrity who share our ethos and beliefs.

At the heart of Jack & Abel is a community of like-minded people who support each other in creating lovely things that bring joy and beauty to homes, whilst protecting the environment and communities we share. We echo the passion of our makers in preserving traditional skills and craft, and treating people with respect and compassion.

Every piece in our collections is purposefully crafted using sustainable practises and materials to minimise its environmental impact. We operate with a circular mindset and select pieces that are built to last for generations. Our packaging uses mostly recycled and recyclable materials, including eco-friendly tissue paper and linen ribbon and, where possible, we deliver locally using pure pedal power.

Our commitment to sustainability is ongoing and we regularly review, refine, adapt and improve.
