What’s your return and exchange policies?

We offer free returns within 14 days of purchase.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original undamaged product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Bespoke items cannot be returned.


To return an item, please follow these steps:
Navigate to your order from your profile to initiate a return from there.

How long will it take to get my order?

Most products we hold in stock at our warehouse and can be delivered within 2-5 working days with Evri or Yodel.

If ready to ship but not currently held in stock (Charingworth, Peugeot, Kinto), it can take 5-7 working days.

For other items that ship from overseas (Charvet, Bonnecaze), it can take longer, perhaps 2-3 weeks.

For Items out of stock from Laetitia Rouget, Jars or Zafferano, we can reorder but these can often take up to 2 months as will be made to order.

We try to keep these timings updated on the product pages but do please get in touch if you need a more accurate idea of dates.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major debit and credit cards are supported.

For express checkouts you can also use ShopPay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

Do you do gift packaging?

Yes, for an extra £5 charge – you can select this at checkout. Very large items (Sun parasols, etc) cannot be gift wrapped.

How do I cancel or modify an order?

If you need to change your order please email us as soon as possible at hello@jackandabel.co.uk

How can I track my order?

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive tracking details from our delivery partners.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please send photographs of any breakages and packaging to hello@jackandabel.co.uk  and we will try to replace it free of charge. If this is not possible, we will exchange it for an item of a similar value.
