We currently only ship to the UK.
Whatever the reason, if you’re looking for a return or exchange, we can help. We offer free returns within 14 days of purchase and you can exchange your product for a gift card, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original undamaged product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Bespoke items cannot be returned.
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
- Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.

If the product is faulty, just send us a copy of your postage receipt and we will reimburse the cost. But if you simply decide you no longer want the item, you can return it at your own cost.

Our products have different shipping details which are detailed in their product description so please check those out before ordering.
All major debit and credit cards are supported: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners, UnionPay, Elo.
For express checkouts you can also use ShopPay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
Yes, for an extra £5 charge – you can select this at checkout. Very large items (Sun parasols, etc) cannot be gift wrapped.
If you need to change your order please email us as soon as possible at help@jackandabel.co.uk
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive tracking details from our delivery partners, either DPD or Royal Mail.
Please send a photograph or photographs as necessary of any breakage to returns@jackandabel.co.uk and we will try to replace it free of charge. If this is not possible, we will exchange it for an item of a similar value.
