UK Delivery:
Once the items are in stock, non-furniture items will be despatched within 3-5 working days, for furniture items despatch will be within 7-14 days. For Cotswold Teak furniture orders, these are assembled and hand finished in the UK once orders are placed, so lead time is 3-4 weeks.
£60 Large Item, 2 Person Delivery (free delivery offer does not apply to these products).
2 Person Delivery:
For large furniture deliveries the carrier will text or email the nominated contact advising of the planned delivery date. If the date is not suitable, the carrier must be contacted immediately to re-arrange. If a new date is not organised the delivery will take place on the original date.
We will accept returns within 14 days, providing the product is in a resalable condition and not used or damaged.
Buyer will be responsible for the return (tracked) postage costs.
Once we receive the item, we will perform quality checks and, all being in order, refund your account within a week.
